This blended winemaking tannin effectively stabilises the colour and enhances the structure of red wines.
Aroma: Leather, wood, candied cherry and spices.
Dosage: Fermentation of red wine 20g per 100 litres
Method: Dissolve powder in hot water (45-50 degrees celsius) in a ration of 10:1.Stir and add to your wine.
