This patented brewing system includes BrewDemon Conical Fermenter, which is the perfect volume for brewing 2 and 2.5 gallon (7.57 / 9.46 litres) batches of beer, hard cider, wine and mead.

Made of a heat tolerant, food grade plastic (Phthalate and BPA free) that imparts no unwanted flavors into your brew. The conical design allows for easy transfer of your beer into bottles while that pesky trub (inactive yeast and other unwelcome items) stays securely at the bottom.

No airlock required! The unique venting plug allows CO2 to escape while keep harmful contaminants out. You can still use an airlock if prefered.
