• 1 x packet of string
• 1 x curved stick casing
• 1 x Mild Italian spice mix (contains: fennel seeds, cracked pepper, sweet paprika, sea salt)
• 1 x Curing compound sachet (contains Sodium Nitrate Additive) please refer to the product instructions for use and dosage).

You may need the following equipment:

• Manual or motorised meat mincer
• Salami or sausage filler (or a manual mincer fitted with a funnel and a clamp if you don't have a filler)
• Boning Knife
• Sharp Knife
• Cutting boards
• Vacuum Sealing Machine
• Vacuum bags
