As some of you may know, we have recently expanded our team for our Reservoir and Clayton stores. On behalf of everyone at Home Make It, I would like to formally welcome, and introduce to you, Daniella Hogarth (Clayton) and Therese Murone (Reservoir). Our team of staff are all passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in making homemade food and beverages. Whether it's traditional homemade European foods such as sausages, salami, pasta, pizza, pizzelle, biscotti, and preserves; or traditional homemade beverages such as wine, beer, cider, or spirits, there will always be an expert on hand to assist you with recipes, processes and tricks of the trade.
So here's a look at our new Home Make It team!

I would also like to congratulate the newest graduates from our 2013 Advanced Homemade Wine Course. The students ranged from people wanting to learn to make homemade wine to amateur winemakers wanting to improve their knowledge and drop. The course ran over six evenings, spread out over the wine making season, from March 2013, through to early November 2013, and covered each stage of the wine making process.
It was a hands on and educative experience, covering all aspects of the wine making process including crushing the grapes, fermentation, pressing, racking, preserving, and bottling. If you would like to read more about our Advanced Homemade Wine Course, you can read Frank Bovezza's recent BLOG on the course. If our Advanced Homemade Wine Course sounds like something you would like to be a part of next year, or you know someone that would enjoy the course, you can contact one of our stores to register your interest, or book to secure your place for next years' course. They will be held at either our Clayton Store or for our Reservoir Store customers, the course is held at our Campbellfield Head Office. A minimum of 6 students will be required to run the course with a maximum of 12 students. The courses will commence when the grapes are ready which is usually March, and normally finishes in November, and are run over six evenings. The normal cost is $495 per student, however we have an early bird offer for our Newsletter Subscribers only that book and pay before Christmas for only $350 per student.
Enjoy the weekend :)
