It depends on where you live and what service you select at check out. Australia Post advise delivery can take up to ten working days for Standard parcel post and up to four working days for Express. We do ask that you give our warehouse up to four working days to process your order, however most orders can be shipped within 24 hours of receiving them.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post to ship our standrad parcels and various freight companies for sending our larger heavier items.
How much does postage cost?
Our postage prices are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and the postcode that it is being delivered to.
There is a postage calculator in the cart page so you can get a shipping estimate before proceeding with your purchase.
Orders that have items that are too big and heavy to ship with Australia Post will be sent with a freight company. You will see 'free' shipping at checkout as our system cannot calculate freight. We will email you with a few quotes which you can choose from.
Can I return my product?
Yes we do accept returns. Below are the conditions of various returns.
If an item is faulty we will send you a return label and refund the price of the product if it is deemed a to be manufacturer fault.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original new, unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you have purchased the incorrect item and would like an exchange or refund, you will be required to pay for the return postage to Home Make It Pty Ltd, in addition to the postage fee for the replacement item. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you will be required to pay the price variance.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Do you have warranty on your products?
Home Make It electrical products are warranted against defects in manufacture for 12 months from date of purchase. A copy of the receipt is required as proof of purchase. Home Make It Pty Ltd will repair or replace any manufacturing defects at its discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, physical stress, inadequate care and treatment, and exposure to extreme conditions. Home Make It retains the right to define these conditions.
The warranty does not extend to products repaired or modified by someone else. Customers are required to follow product care instructions and take all reasonable precautions to maintain the product. Equipment that is covered by warranty or repair maybe exchanged in either the retail place of purchase, or through post to Home Make 4/158 Wellington Road, Clayton 3168, Victoria. How do I use Cure #2 for salami
You use 2.5 grams per kilo of meat – dissolve it in water and add it to your meat.
Then add 22 grams of salt per kilo to you meat.
Never mix the cure with the salt at the same time.
How do I update my customer account details?
Shopify does not have the built in capability for customers to update their details (name, address, phone number etc) in their customer profiles. Unfortunately you will need email us with the changes/updates and we can alter them in the back office. Email: email@example.com
Alternatively you can update your details in the Checkout section and Shopify will automatically update your account details.
