Salami making couldn't be more easier when using this casing.

Not suitable for making fresh sausages.

We recommend using a salami pricker, Curing net and a Netting tube to achieve the best results.

 Ideal for making Capocolli / Pancetta.

Each casing holds approximately 1.470grams of meat.
