To roast the chestnuts, heat the roasting pan over medium heat. Add the marked chestnuts in a single layer and cook for around 15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on them and shake the pan every few minutes to turn the chestnuts, so they are roasted evenly.
This pan features holes in the base to let the nuts roast to perfection We suggest always scoring your chestnuts before roasting to allow the steam to be released which therefore avoids your chestnuts from exploding.
