We now have for sale, a new fully automatic coffee pod machine for sale, able to full package ground coffee into pods and pods into a distribution carton. Along with the coffee pod production plant is the in-line automatic carton packaging unit. The carton packer has been set up to pack pods (as per the Nespresso carton sleeve design) with the pods inserted bottom/pod leading. This is unique. The plant can package any type of capsule/pod, including those made from compostable materials. Much like a bottling line the plant has change parts according to the type of pod seeking to pack. The plant as we have built is supplied with a Nespresso-type of pod and sleeve packaging format. 

Packing Plant Includes:

1. Coffee Grinding and loading and automatic distribution
2. Pod/capsule filling and foil sealing
3. Transfer conveyor from the pod/capsule filling machine and sealing to the carton packing unit
4. Device for turning the pods (Nespresso format)
5. Sleeve packaging machine for 10/12 pods per sleeve
6. Collection table for sleeves
7. Semi-automatic carton packing unit for outer carton packaging with tape closing seal for outer carton.

The plant is designed for 10,000 pods per hour, 1000  sleeves of 10/12 pods per hour.
