The Casing Stick Straight NF-FIBRAN, measuring 50mm in diameter and 20 meters in length, is designed specifically for making salumi. 

Crafted from NF-FIBRAN material, it withstands cooking temperatures up to 78°C, ensuring durability during the curing process.

Supplied in a continuous length, you can easily cut the exact amount needed and store the remainder for future use. This casing stick is ideal for curing and smoking salumi but is not suitable for fresh sausage production.

It can hold approximately 30 kilograms of meat, making it a reliable choice for expert charcuterie preparation.

We recommend using a salami pricker, netting and a netting tube to achieve the best results.
