DAP - Diammonium Phosphate 160gm

DAP - Diammonium Phosphate or DAP is a yeast nutrient used in wine making.

160 grams is for up to 40 boxes of grapes.

Day 2: Dissolve half this packet in a glass of water and add to the Must with the yeast and mix well.

Day 4: Dissolve the rest of the packet in a glass of water and add to the must.
