Enartis Stab Micro M is designed to stabilize volatile acidity (VA) in red and rosé wines by effectively reducing microorganism populations and controlling malolactic fermentation (MLF).
This product helps prevent microbial contamination during secondary fermentation, ensuring wine quality and stability.
For optimal use, dissolve the 40 g dose in 1:20 parts water, stirring continuously to avoid clumps. Add uniformly to juice with continuous stirring or during pump-over, then stir occasionally for at least 30 minutes.
Recommended dosages are 10-30 g/100 liters for white and rosé juice before yeast inoculation, and 15-25 g/100 liters for red must at the start of maceration. Enartis Stab Micro M remains effective throughout fermentation, supporting consistent wine production.
