High quality food grade gelatin for full bodied red and white wines.
Mix one part of the product to 20 parts of room temperature water. Stir carefully to avoid lumps. Add uniformly to wine and stir in. Leave in for two weeks then transfer the wine.
Prepared solution cannot be stored. Use immediately.
Dosage:
whites / Fortifieds: 2-8g per 100 litres
Reds: 4-12g per 100 litres
