Tanenol Superoak is a blend of oak and condensed tannins, it is extremely efficient in colour stabilisation of red wines and is indicated for use during micro oxygenation.
The profile is characterised by distinct sensations of softness and light olfactory notes of toasted wood.
Dosage:
Aging red wine 5-20g/100lt
Aging white wine 5-10g/100lt
Use a minimum of two weeks before bottling.
