Tannin Enartis Tanenol Mimosa Condensed Special Blend 25gm Powder

This is a blended tannin which in reds helps to stabilize colour and intensifies aromas in whites. 

Usage:

Dissolve powder to a ratio of 1:10 parts to 45-50 degree water, stir continuously and then add to the wine.  

Dosage: 

Fermentation 20-30 g/100lt

Maturation: 5-10 g/100lt
