Extracted from red fruit tree wood and white grape skins.

Freshens wine aromas, reduces overripe fruit notes, increases softness, structure and wine length. Provides antioxidants and a balanced mouth feel. Fruity and spicy!

Recommended for red and roseå wines.

Dosage: During ageing: 2 - 20 g/hl
Before bottling: 0.5 - 5 g/hl

Method: Dissolve in a 1:10 ratio in water and stir into your wine.
