Tanenol Fruitan is a hydrolysable ellagitannin comprised of glycosides. Its chemical properties favour the natural action of endogenous tannins, strengthening the wines body and improving the finning process and balancing flavour.
Dosage:
Fermentation: 15-20g per 100 litres
Aging red: 15-20g per 100 litres
Aging white: 5-10g per 100 litres
