~ Clayton is nearly there ! ~
As some of you may know , over the Christmas break we made alot of big changes at our Clayton store. We knocked walls out , polished floors & even built a whole new demo/course area decked out with stainless tables & a huge double sink bench wash down area.
This is just how Lou Rolls. Prepping some loin at Clayton.
Our double grouphead Torino machine is waiting to give you that caffeine fix.
Next on the list is our very own Cafe. We will be serving coffee locally roasted at The Craft & Co & also some fresh Panini's & pastries. Watch this space !

~ Cade's Brew News ~
Winter is a great time for drinking dark beers , but can cause some issues when trying to create your own from scratch. The cold can cause the yeast to slow down & even stop in it's tracks completely. Here are a few ways we can help you solve this issue.
Heat Pad - A solid square heating pad you place your fermenter on top of. the heating pad will keep your beer hovering around 20 degrees C.
Heat Belt - The heat belt wraps around your fermenter & keeps it in the 18-22 degrees range.
Immersion Heater - the Immersion heater actually sits right in your fermenting beer & has variable heat settings from 18 to 30 degrees C.
To make way for a fresh new batch coming in next month , we are excited to offer our range of Viking grains at 15% off until the end of August. This includes the grains we sell by the gram at our Grainstations instore & the full range of 25kg sacks. Not an offer to be passed up !
In the same vein , we are looking to organise the next batch of fresh liquid brewing yeasts from the USA very soon. To make sure we clear our current batch first , we would like to offer 10% off all the Whitelabs & Wyeast yeasts sitting in our fridges. Get in quick !
Happy Brewing !!
