Two tanks - top tank has open fermentation with variable capacity float lid, pneumatic seal and pump. Equipped with winch support cradle, sloping floor to rectangular marc door with racking and drain valves included. Bottom tank is a closed storage tank with conical central drain floor to drain valve, oval racking door and out swinging rectangular marc door.
