Acts as a stabilizer for sweet wines.
Used to preserve sweet wines and protects against re-fermentation. Needs to be added in conjunction with at least 30-50g per litre of free potassium metabisulphite.
Add just before bottling at a maximum rate of 27 grams for 100 litres, dusting it directly onto the wine while pumping over.
