Originating from the Hürlimann brewery in Switzerland. This lager strain’s attenuation profile allows to brew fairly neutral flavour beers with a high drinkability.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491.
Temperature range: 9-22°C ideally- 15-20°C
Dosage: 11.5g to 20 to 30 Litres. Net weight 11.5g.
