Completely soluble yeast mannoproteins. 

Enhances wine aromas and intensity, increases volume and roundness and reduces astringency. Improves the structure and stability of wine. 

Can be used pre bottling on red, rose and white wines. 

Dosage:

5 - 10 g/100lt

Rehydrate one part Surli Velvet into 10 parts wine. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add uniformly into the wine while pumping over.
