Tanenol Blanc is a hydrolysable gallic tannin. It protects aromatic wine compounds from oxidation, prevents the appearance of reductive aromas as well as the prevention of 'light struck' faults. 

Suitable for white wines to improve the anti-bacterial and antioxidant action of sulphur dioxide. 

Dosage:

Fermentation: 3-10g per 100 litres

Aging wine: 4-8g per 100 litres
